Studying a Diploma of Business will equip you with a strong grounding in business fundamentals, such as professional communication, management, finance, economics, and business law and provide transferrable personal skills to drive entrepreneurship. Graduating with a Diploma of Business will allow you to transition to second year of studies at Western Sydney University, Sydney City Campus, or go on to an entry level business position.

Career path

Using the Diploma as a stand-alone qualification will allow you to progress to entry level positions in a broad range of fields including marketing, sales, advertising, finance, business administration, business analysis, accounting, and human resources. The strong grounding in business will also equip you as an entrepreneur to start and run a business, either as sole proprietors or as part of a larger company.
