The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree covers major engineering domains, including civil, electrical and mechanical. You will get the opportunity to experience many facets of engineering before deciding on the area of specialisation at the end of first year.
As a graduate of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) with the key program in Civil Engineering, you may work in designing, constructing and managing buildings, highways, airports, water supply, sewerage systems, and large infrastructure projects.
Pathway options are available for students who may not qualify for direct entry into a degree program at Western Sydney University. Complete a diploma at SIBT and enter the second year of your university studies.
Admission to Western Sydney University is competitive and is on the basis of academic merit. All undergraduate and postgraduate degrees have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 with no band lower than 6.0 (or equivalent).
