The TAFE NSW Bachelor of Property Valuation is the only specialist valuation degree in Australia. As a graduate, you will have the skills required to work in the property valuation industry across residential, commercial and other specialist areas.
You will actively engage and experiment with property valuation techniques and processes, as well as undertake site visits and regular field trips. You’ll gain the skills and expertise to value any real property across sectors and have ongoing interactions with industry practitioners.
This degree is accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API), and graduates are eligible to apply for an Associate Level Membership with at least two years professional experience.

Academic Requirements:
Year 12 or equivalent
A pass in Year 12 Mathematics or equivalent
English Language Requirements:
Academic IELTS 6.5 with no band score lower than 6.0 or equivalent
