- Successful completion of School Leaving Certificate SLC/Upper Secondary School Certificate (3 years) with a minimum average of Grade D or 50% or Completion of Secondary Education Examination (SEE) with Grade C/GPA 2.0
- Completion of HSEC 12 with grade average of 55% or completion of the School Leaving Certificate Examination (Grade XI & XII) with Grade C+/GPA 2.4
- Completion of a recognised Bachelor (when studied for 4 or more years) with pass grade

Peterborough Scholarship 2025
Value
> This scholarship is made up of a £1,000 fee discount scholarship at pre-masters level, followed by a £4,000 fee discount scholarship at Master’s level.
Eligibility
- Student must have successfully completed the ARU College pre-masters programme to be eligible for the £4000 scholarship at masters stage.
- Applicants sponsored by an organisation such as an employer, charitable body, or government department, or those receiving federal tuition fee loans, may not be eligible.
- This will depend on the terms and conditions of their respective funding body.
- Candidates will be required to meet all conditions of registration before the discount is awarded.
Conditions
Not available for Pre-sessional English.
- Only available for pre-masters programmes commencing in January 2025 on ARU Peterborough campus. Applicants who fail to register cannot transfer the discount to subsequent intakes.
- The £4000 Progression Scholarship will be administered as a £4000 deduction from tuition fees once applicants register at the University.
- For students who withdraw (both student and university initiated), all discounts will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis in line with the fee-related liability, and all discounts or scholarships will be subject to the terms and conditions of the award.
- This discount/scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship/discount offered by ARU College or ARU.

> Navitas family bursaries
Value
> The bursary is equivalent to 10% of the tuition fee for up to 8 units of study within one program only with a Navitas member institution.
> The bursary does not apply to additional units or repeat units that may also be undertaken and excludes mixed English options.
Eligibility
- The Family Bursary applies where two or more students from the same family* study at a Navitas institution.
- The first family member can be studying at a Navitas institution at the same time as the other family members or may have studied at any Navitas institution previously.
- The family bursary is granted to the second and subsequent family members who study at a Navitas institution.
- The bursary is equivalent to 10% of the tuition fee for one program only with a Navitas member institution. The bursary does not apply to additional units or repeat units that may also be undertaken.
- For Diploma students, the bursary is equivalent to 10% of the tuition fees for the first attempt at units in the program of study† (excluding mixed English option).
- For Certificate students, the bursary is equivalent to 10% of the tuition fee for the first attempt at units in the program of study (excluding mixed English options).
- Students must pay the full amount for half their course as shown on their Letter of Offer in order to confirm their place at the Navitas Institution to which they have applied. If the student remains enrolled at the institution, at the end of the week 4 of their first semester, 10% of their tuition fee paid will be credited to the student. The balance of the bursary is credited to the eligible students’s tuition account in the second and subsequent semesters. (The amount credited will be calculated on the actual number of units studied).
- The maximum value of the family bursary is 10% of the tuition fees for the first attempt of units in the program of study regardless of the number of family members who have studied with Navitas institutions.
- A completed application must be submitted to the Navitas institution together with supporting documents such as a birth certificate or family card.
- The General Manager or the Director Finance Administration will approve the award of a family bursary and authorise the accountant to process the relevant adjustments.

> *For the purpose of this bursary, a family member is defined as a brother, sister, stepsister, stepbrother, mother, father, son, daughter, stepchild, husband or wife.

- The Navitas bursary is not applicable to English language program or any component of any English language program offered by Navitas member institutions.
- Diploma programs may also be known or registered as Undergraduate pathway, University Transfer Program Stage II or University Pathways Program (UPP), First Year Degree
- (Stage 2). Certificate programs may also be known or registered a Foundation Studies, University Transfer Program Stage I or University Foundation (Stage 1).

ARU College International Progression Scholarship
Students that are progressing from ARU College to their ARU course can take advantage of our special discount.

> For ARU College student to be eligible for ARU International Progression Scholarship you must be:
a current international student with ARU College
successfully completed pathway programmes
studying full-time
starting ARU Year 2 or Year 3 of an undergraduate course, or joining the masters postgraduate degree.

> This discount comprises of a new student enrolment discount (£1,000 for undergraduate and £500 for postgraduate) and a progression scholarship (£500).

Stage 1:
> All Foundation Year Students and First Year (Business Only) – £1,000 New Student Enrolment discount will be applied in your second trimester
> Pre-master’s students – £500 New Student Enrolment discount will be applied at the point of registration
Stage 2:
> £500 Progression Scholarship will be applied at the point of progression to ARU (Pre-master’s, First Year and Foundation students).
Eligibility
- Be a self-funded international student (only applicants who have been assessed as international fee payers can access this discount).
- Hold an offer letter to study at ARU College for January 2025 entry and pay your tuition fee deposit (as outlined in your offer letter) before Friday 18th October 2024.
- Have an offer to study a full-time pathway programme at ARU College (with the exclusion of Pre-Sessional English programmes).
- Provide proof that the payment was made before the deadline.
Conditions
- For Pre-masters students, the discount consists of a £500 discount applied at the point of registration, and a £500 progression scholarship applied at the point of progression.
- For ARU College Foundation Year and First Year (Business) Students, the discount consists of £1,000 new student enrolment discount applied in your second trimester, and a £500 progression scholarship applied at the point of progression.
- The second part of the discount (£500 progression scholarship) is applied at the point of progression to ARU providing the student successfully completes the pathway programme at ARU College.
- This discount does not apply to students who have already accepted their offer for January 2025 and paid the tuition fee deposit before Monday 9th September 2024.
- The discount cannot be combined with any other scholarship, discount or fee reductions.
- This discount does not apply to students who are sponsored by government/organisation/company.
- This discount only applies if you successfully enrol for the January 2025 intake.
