>> The dynamic and challenging world of business has encouraged the increasing use of project management across all business sectors. In turn, this has created a heightened demand for qualified project managers, not only in the traditional areas of engineering and technology but also into new fields of practice. These additional areas include health and wellbeing; environmental and community development programmes; education; archaeology; and many of the creative and key service industries (including tourism and event management); inspiring innovative forms of project and programme management.
>> Studying Project Management at Winchester, you consider and develop practical approaches to project management, exploring and practicing traditional and contemporary approaches to the profession. Study core modules including Fundamentals of Project Management, Project Management Tools and Applications, Advanced Project and Programme Management, Principles of Responsible Management as well as Research Methods in Business. Then choose from the optional modules: Business Consulting, Leadership in Organizations, and Sustainable Innovation Management. You also complete a final dissertation or a consultancy project.

International Student Scholarship - Postgraduate
The International Student Scholarship is available to International students joining for a taught programme at the University*.
Open to: International Students applying for a full-time taught programme.
Criteria: Must have accepted an offer from the University of Winchester. Students must have a first or second (higher) class equivalent degree and an IELTS of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in all categories. Recipients must also meet additional merit-based criteria.
